BRM Today

Privacy

BRM Today collects as little as possible. This page explains exactly what is stored and why.

The BRM Forces Survey

Your answers are stored anonymously so we can study patterns across the profession. No name, email address, IP address, or organization name is attached to them. Your profile is generated in your browser and shown immediately — you never need to give us anything to see it.

Your in-progress answers are also kept on your own device so you can close the page and return. Clearing your browser storage removes them.

If you choose to add research context (role, years of experience, industry, organization size), it is stored with the same anonymous response. It is optional and never linked to your identity.

Email

We only email you if you explicitly ask us to. Sign-ups use double opt-in: nothing is sent until you confirm from your inbox. Every message includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Analytics

We record anonymous, aggregate events such as “survey started” and “profile downloaded” so we can see whether the experience works. These events contain no answers and no personal data.

Retention

Anonymous survey responses are retained for aggregate research and periodically purged. Email details are kept only while your consent stands.
